Hi if you have come here you are interested in helping Australia in World of Firepower 2010, regardless of your skills and gear you are welcome to come along with us and have some fun and meet new friends.

We meet at Treasure Island Castle in the courtyard around the side usually around 1 hour before the match starts to work out what level people are at then get into teams and for last minute planning just look for all the green dots on the radar.

Here is a rough description of WOF (World of Firepower):

Basically there is a Main team made up of 12 players of which 5 will be chosen to be main hunters for teh match. The main team are usually the players with the higher skills and gear, they have to hunt particular mobs laid down by the organisers of the WOF to gain points for the Australian team.

Then there is the Support teams (that's us), they form teams and go and hunt lower mobs laid out by the organisers for points, these points then go towards Australia's total score for the match.

Points are scored by getting Globals, Hofs and ATH's

The mobs this round for support teams are

Cornoanterion - Kreltin - Equus - Leviathan

If you think these mobs are too hard for you then don't as you will be fighting alongside others in decent sized teams or if you still want to come but not hunt then we need people to heal players as they hunt, even players who want to run around and lure mobs over to the support teams are welcome, it all counts.

It is quite an experience to hunt with a team as large as the Australian team once it gets rolling and the friends you will make along the way are what it is all about and don't worry about possibly dying a lot :) we all die a lot at some stage.

So come along and join in... You know it makes sense, or just come along and check out the team getting ready for the match and say g'day.

Once you get to Treasure Island Castle meeting place you will see players asking if anyone needs a team, sing out and let them know don't be shy, there is a lot going on in chat so we need you to yell out so we can get you added to a team and comfortable for the start of the match.
